Our sole objective is to provide simple, structured and customized solutions using a combination of traditional methods and superior technology to lower and middle income families. We empower home seekers primarily in tier 1, 2 &3 cities who are under-served by traditional lenders.
CHFL is registered with National Housing Bank (NHB) under section 29A of the National Housing Bank Act, 1987 as a Housing Finance Company vide Certificate of Registration No. 11.0147.16 dated 10th November 2016.
Leadership
Vivek has more than 24 years of rich experience in the Mortgage industry that includes setting up of Housing Finance Companies and launch of Retail mortgage in newer geographies. He has also worked with organizations like L&T Housing Finance, LIC Housing Finance Limited, Dewan Housing Finance Limited and Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited. Vivek has done his Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management and Graduation from Delhi University.
